30-Day Returns and Exchanges
Island Glory Outfitters accepts returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the date your order is delivered.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Unaltered
- In reasonable, resalable condition
- Returned with the original tags attached, when applicable
Exchanges are subject to product, color, and size availability.
Before sending an item back, email islandgloryoutfitters@yahoo.com with your order number and whether you are requesting a return or exchange. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping when the request results from:
- A size change
- A fit concern
- A change of mind
Island Glory Outfitters will pay the return-shipping cost when an item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Island Glory Outfitters.
Personalized, Final-Sale, Clearance and Preorder Products
Personalized or custom products and products clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Clearance products are final sale only when they are clearly labeled as such before purchase.
Preorder products follow this 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery unless a different policy is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
