Order Processing

In-stock products are normally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days.

This processing period is the time needed to prepare the order before it is handed to the shipping carrier.

Preorder Products

Preorder products will have their estimated shipping timeframe clearly listed on the applicable product page.

Please review that timeframe before placing a preorder. Unless a different return policy is clearly stated on the product page before purchase, preorder products remain eligible under our standard 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery.

• Orders under $50: $4.99 standard shipping
• Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Unaltered
• In reasonable, resalable condition
• Returned with the original tags attached, when applicable

Exchanges are subject to product, color, and size availability.

Before sending an item back, email islandgloryoutfitters@yahoo.com with your order number and whether you are requesting a return or exchange. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping when the request results from:

• A size change
• A fit concern
• A change of mind

Island Glory Outfitters will pay the return-shipping cost when an item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect

We do not charge a restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by Island Glory Outfitters.

Personalized, Final-Sale, Clearance and Preorder Products

Personalized or custom products and products clearly marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Clearance products are final sale only when they are clearly labeled as such before purchase.

Preorder products follow this 30-day return and exchange policy after delivery unless a different policy is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.
